Saint George Church OPENED Sunday, June 21, for a maximum of 50 people. For the present time, only the first 50 will be allowed to enter (per mandate, 25% capacity). This 50 includes everyone - even the priest, cantor, and altar assistant. Please put your mask on before entering.

All will enter and maintain a clear flow through the front main church doors. Congregating is not permitted. Upon entering you will sanitize your hands and give your name and best phone number. If we discover that someone at the service is sick, we will call everyone to let them know that they should self-quarantine for 14 days. This list will not be shared with anyone.

There will be taper candles to light at the front door; all other candles can be lit by the appointed council member at the beginning of Orthros, the beginning of Divine Liturgy, and after the blessing of The Gifts only. We want to limit the amount of activity and traffic before, during, and after the service to maintain social distancing (6 feet) and clear flow.

Holy Communion will be available after the service only. Individual sanitized metal spoons and disposable napkins will be used and antidoron will be in individual bags for those who wish to receive. Spoons are boiled every week for 10 minutes and napkins are burned. After Communion all will proceed directly out to their cars - congregating is not permitted. Please keep a clear flow as you exit. All will exit the side door to the back parking lot only.

No tray will be passed - a tray will be there as you leave the church to go out. Please be prepared to have your money ready as you go out; NO change can be made from the tray. Checks and cash are gladly accepted, in envelopes if notes are necessary. We hope to see you there!

The service will still be available to view on facebook and via link on the website for those who are not able to come. Thank you!

Let us Pray.

   We are all here

We are all in this        together
